How do I create a Qalaqs account?
Click the 'Register' button in the header, fill in your name, email, phone number, and password. You'll be able to save favorites and contact sellers right away.
How do I download the Qalaqs app?
Qalaqs is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Use the app store badges in the top bar or on the About page to download.
Is Qalaqs free to use?
Browsing listings, searching, and contacting sellers is completely free. Business accounts with premium features like featured placement and homepage visibility are available through subscription plans.
Buying & Selling
How do I list my car for sale?
Register an account, then use the 'Sell Your Car' option or download the Qalaqs vendor app to manage your listings. Add photos, set your price, and describe your vehicle.
How do I contact a seller?
On any listing page, you'll find 'Call' and 'WhatsApp' buttons in the sidebar. These connect you directly with the seller or dealer.
Are the sellers verified?
Sellers with a 'Verified Partner' badge have been verified by the Qalaqs team. We recommend dealing with verified sellers for the best experience.
Can I negotiate prices?
Yes, you can contact sellers directly via phone or WhatsApp to discuss pricing. Qalaqs is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.
Account & Billing
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link if an account exists for that email.
How do I save listings to favorites?
Log in to your account, then click the heart icon on any listing to save it. Access all your saved items from the Favorites page.
For Businesses
How do I register my business?
Visit the 'List Your Business' page or download the Qalaqs Vendor app. Register as a vendor and complete your business profile with your trade license and details.
What types of businesses can join?
Car dealers, rental companies, auto parts stores, garages, and service providers can all register on Qalaqs.
How do subscription plans work?
Visit the Pricing page to see available plans. Contact our sales team for Business and Enterprise tier pricing tailored to your needs.
